LONTONG

 A tradition would not  separat from the geographical position of a country or region. as well as traditional food of this one, Lontong. rice cake made of rice wrapped in banana leaves in rolls and ends in the key using a stick (bone palm leaves) in small pieces and then boiled in water for several hours.
and if the water is almost gone again so repeatedly poured water several times until done. because the cooking process boiled rice cake with a long time had a mushy texture but hard. because simmered in banana leaves, rice cakes can be green on the outside, while the inside is white.
to enjoy the cake can  server together with the sate or soup.
