Pecel

 One of the more typical traditional Indonesian food that is rich in unique flavors, delicious and fresh that can  enjoy throughout waktu.Pecel are foods using spices peanut sauce as the main ingredient mixed with various kinds of vegetables. Pecel regional origin of the word and not known with certainty, but in the Java language, pecel can  interpret as' mashed 'or' destroyed by means of ground.
  Pecel estimated to come from Ponorogo, East Java, but more famous is pecel derived from madiun and Blitar, east-java.karena peanut sauce seasoning used in pecel mixture similar to that used as a spice satay Ponorogo. The food is also similar to the hodgepodge that a distinguish by a mix of materials and textures marinade.
  Pecel a meal consisting of boiled vegetables and side dishes is serv with different bases such as plates stick called ingke, pincuk, bamboo or winnowing according hallmark pecel hometown. The vegetables is serv, among others, beans, sprouts, cucumber, cassava leaves and basil leaves, but can also  mix with a variety of leaf vegetables.

 Pecel is usually enjoyed with warm rice plus peanut brittle (mixture of peanuts or a small fish with rice + dilute flour in flour and then fried).
