 Not much different from a snack tiwul.Gatot typical mountain kidul Central Java, Indonesia. Billy is a food made from cassava (cassava / cassava dried) together
with Tiwul. Potatoes that have been peel and then dried in the sun to dry so that it becomes cassava. However, to make a special gatot, drying takes a long time to completely dry cassava.
 Ways of making this gatot very simple. The dried cassava soaked for 12 hours (overnight). Then, after washed, dried cassava cut into small pieces according to taste, then boiled / steamed for about 2 hours. After cooking, gatot placed in a container that is wide quickly let cool. In presenting gatot sprinkled with grated coconut plus a little sugar and salt, gatot be more pronounced delicious served with a cup of hot drink
